RecommendedWalk in and sat right down in pedicure chair pedicure was really relaxing and I loved my gel color!
This place is a joke! I came in because they are listed as top three in Newport News. I got in my pedicure chair and my feet were greeted with cold water. I had to say something about it twice then I sat so long my new warm water got cold. I came in for the full treatment - fill, art, pedicure, and wax. I got up and left.
I’ve been to this nail salon twice and the first time was okay. My nails came out nice but the man that’s always at the front is always unfriendly and not very welcoming. This last time I went I got a fill with gel polish. The lady that did my nails wasn’t very friendly. She rushed through my nails and less than a week later, they’re lifting and snagging on everything! The gel has also stained and that never happens at the other shop I go to. I’m getting a pedicure. Nice. I think it is rude when anybody, anywhere carries on a conversation to another in front of you, in another language. Especially when they are working on you. Not just here, but anywhere...Chinese restaurants are another example. Hopping down now. I’ve ranted my allotted time.
Love the results that I get each time I go here. Go during the day time if you can though because it gets really busy late in the afternoon.

4.5 Stars Clean environment & friendly atmosphere. I've gone 3 times so far & I love my nails each time! Mrs. Van does an excellent job, I wouldn't want anyone else to do my nails!! 😍
