Called earlier in the day to secure an appointment at 5:15 or 5:30 and was told to "walk-in", since there shouldn't be a wait for a pedi/mani. Waited 50 min before leaving! Customers should not be told to "walk-in" when trying to make an appointment time and then have to wait for almost an hour. I have been here many times and loved it, but am disappointed with the service today.

First time going there and loved it all of the staff were friendly and kisha did an amazing job with my nails. She took her time and made sure they looked good. Will b going back to her again. Thanks kisha will b sending more clients your way!!!
