I love nail addict. They do a great job. I have always struggled with my acrylics lifting, but not here. They really know what they are doing and my nails always look great.
I had a wonderful experience as soon as I walked through the doors. Very welcoming and friendly. The nail tech and I talked like we knew each other the entire time. I am very picky when it comes to my nails, and must admit I left so happy. I will make Nail Addict my new nail home.
Owner Very unprofessional !!! Very rude never will return.. Owner told customer she was over it dealing with customer issue... Management begin to polish her nails and wouldn't let customer dry her nails..

I've never had a bad experience ! I've been coming for a little over a year and it's always a pleasant , friendly environment . The work is always on point . I've never left disappointed or second guessing what was done . I'm always pleased !

This place closes at 7:00 but if you walk in at 6:00, the lying receptionist (changes daily but it doesn't matter) will tell you that they are not taking any more customers because they have a lot of people waiting. However, you look around to only see two (2).

Sorry for your experience Sharon. It may have appeared as though there was only 2 people waiting on the bench. However, we estimate the time that it takes the tech to finish the customer in front of them. We base that on what we can accept. To ensure the techs will be out by 7:30 with nightly cleaning and sanitation. Management takes into consideration that the tech has been here since 9 am. I am truly sorry you felt deceived in any way. We want to make sure your happy.
