First time to this place and I love it!!! Mai (my nail tech) was amazing, she did a fabulous job,friendly and quick. This is now going to be my go-to place!
I made the huge mistake going there on a Friday without an appointment. I ended up leaving after 3 hours and was not done. The nail technicians cannot do art to save their lives. Of course I was told when I showed up there that it wouldn't be a problem, but not so. With just plain polish I left very frustrated.
I went here yesterday for the 1st time for a pedi and really enjoyed it. I got the spa pedi because I needed the extra care. Lol Will definitely be returning in the future.

Beyond awesome!!! They got me in fast and were very friendly. The lady beside me had a small child in a car seat, the nail tech I had and hers rocked the baby so she could get her nails done. He also offered my son refreshments, they are great on price. This will be my new go to nail spot!!!

Awful customer service! Nails chipped days after getting them done. Paid $60 for gel polish and they won't honor their 5 day policy because they are closed on Sundays.

I understand that you are from out of town and your schedule just didn't work with ours however, like I said over the phone we are able to fix the polish for you this week. Because you cannot make it back until DECEMBER, unfortunately we cannot honor it all the way until then.
