Love love LOVE Nail Addict! The staff is always friendly and helpful.
I go to Nail Addict religiously after being referred by a friend. I'm always happy with the customer service and the quality of my nails. I'm usually always prone to cracked and broken acrylic, but I have never had those issues with this salon. Yes, sometimes the wait can be a bit long, but that's why they have appointment systems. I'm never upset to wait, and I'm always happy with the service. You get what you pay for!
After going to nail addict no other nail shop can compare. I only don't go there ever time because it's 40mins away but when I go to someplace closer to home I'm always disappointed. Do you see a second shop opening in Norfolk anytime soon??!!

Had the most AMAZING pedicure from Tilly! She put that care, concern, and work in and has been the ONLY pedicure I've had that didn't hurt my toes. Keisha did an AWESOME job on my lady's hands and feet. I know I will be a repeat customer. Tilly and Keisha are the SHIZNIT!!!!
