Food is good! Service is good! But seriously...WHY do you seat folks next to the bathroom and kitchen when the rest of the restaurant is open? It’s happened so many times. I asked to be moved last night....next time I’m just gonna leave. Why assign servers in that area if you have lots of tables open in a much nicer part of the restaurant. . . ?

Hi Diane! Every server has a specific section that is assigned to them during their shift. Rotation is followed to allow each server to have the same number of tables. Even though there may be empty tables elsewhere, they could belong to another server that is ahead. With that being said, if requested, we are always happy to accommodate patrons in a specific area or with a server of their preference. We even have customers that request specific table numbers 🙂
Good food, good service, Chuy is the best!
Ordered takeout and was told 10-15. Showed up and waited an extra 20-25 mins. People who arrived after I did literally got their food before I did.
