I am going through the NACA program, and my counselor is beneficial. She answered all my questions. She was very knowledgeable. I'm still in the beginning stages so far, so good. User's recommendation: It’s A lot of paperwork, so be prepared. It is a good program for 1st-time homeowners. Be patient and trust the process.
