As a single mom and aspiring first time home buyer I was referred to NACA by friends. I did some research and contacted my local Orlando office. I attended a NACA workshop years ago while married and allowed my ex-partner to execute the procedures, well he failed us. Years later and divorced I restarted my process on December 31st, 2022. I attended a NACA workshop and due to the very professional manner, and helpfulness of the counselors, I am very excited to be on this journey towards home ownership. the process for applying for naca and the employees are very helpful for it being our first time applying for the naca program everytime i call and ask questions they are there for you 100%.especially our counselor is very helpful. i would recommend anybody for this program.
