My counselor Darryl Hughes was extremely helpful in explaining what I needed to fulfill the requirements. Darryl H was patient and made sure I understood everything for the NACA program. He broke down the steps I need to take, which I really appreciate since I was unsure what questions to ask at first.

Uses Predatory Practices in their processes to trap clients into 1) paying without utilizing the program or to 2) participate against their will when the clients would have otherwise chosen not to. The fees may seem nominal but are in fact exponential when accumulated - paid by people who feel they have no choice but to pay, and whose personal information/data are pirated through naca's excessive data mining practices.

I could not be happier with the assistance NACA has provided me in looking to be a first-time home buyer. I had worries about my age and qualification to move forward but they showed me nothing but kindness. I look forward to continuing this process and to continue my journey as a member of NACA

I was referred to NACA by a close friend who spoke highly of the program. After reaching out to the Raleigh NACA office, I found the services to be very complimentary of all that my friend described. The agent I spoke with over the phone was very thorough on explaining the program and guiding me through the steps. I'm so happy with my experience with Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA). The company is doing a great job with helping people become homeowners. I'm very grateful to my counselor, Roddy Jean, for guiding me through the process of completing the requirements to achieve the American Dream.

Becoming a homeowner seems like a day dream to my family until a friend referred me to NACA . We attended the workshop in Baltimore, the workshop was an eye opener to how easy it can be to buy a home. With NACA you are not on your own till the closing , a counsellor was attached to us to guide us through all the way . We are already in the process working together with our counsellor. It is Hopful… I had my counseling with Ms Ellen Petersen and it was a pleasant meeting, informative and helpful. She explain step by step. Moreover she gave me recommendation during the virtual meetings regarding the program. Very helpful in explaining what is needed and expected. Moreover quick to answer whenever there is question that need to be addressed. NACA program appear to be helpful and encouraging. Thank you Ellen!

Naca is a pretty good program! If you plan to rush the process, you’re in the wrong program! But if you trust the process it will eventually happen! Learning experience. When it’s your time it will come! Thanks Naca for helping my family find our dream home!

Great program to achieve the dream house you want for your family. Keep everything organized follow every step the counselor gives you and you will be able to get where you want, right now I'm on a house search hopefully soon I will have the key to my own house. They will help you with a down payment and that's a plus.
