NACA is a very good program to assist you in purchasing a home. They have counsellors who will help you through the entire process. There are no closing costs, no down payment and no mortgage insurance. There is a lot of paper work but it is so worth it.

On January 1, 2023 I met with my my counselor for my very first intake and the experience was really nice. He was very professional. He explained to me in great details all about the NACA program and what I needed to provide on our next upcoming appointment. He requested a couple actually a lot of letter of explanations and suggested that I raise the income a bit higher. His help definitely motivated me in achieving my goals of home ownership.

I am currently in the Home Search status with NACA. My mortgage counsellor and realtor have been fantastic. One big takeaway for me is that I am so much better with managing my finances. I am really blessed to have this opportunity to use the NACA program for my home purchase. No down payment, no closing costs, no mortgage insurance. What's not to love?
