It's been a few weeks ago that I just spoke with my counselor Mark who got me working on my action plan. So far, we had a good first meeting, I'm learning more of the process as I go, and I really feel I made the right decision to move forward with NACA. I will comment more once I'm truly qualified and start house shopping. I'm so ready!
I just joined naca last year and I'm so thankful to have found out about them. I have learned how to manage my finances finally! My counselor is great! She does a wonderful job. I just want to say if you are on your action plan DONT GIVE UP! stay consistent and it will all pay off eventually.
I was referred to NACA through a friend. My wife and I are still working through our Action Plan, and hope to take meaningful steps forward in the near future with NACA's guidance and expertise. The portal has been helpful, and so has our counselor. We look forward to the possibility of becoming homeowners.
10 stars if i could.I have been going through the NACA process and every since i started i have been from ear to ear with a smile. NACA will really help you achieve a true American Dream . The process has been fast and the people i have met so far have been totally awesome and with customer service now adays that means a lot to me. Darryl Hughes in particular in which i attended a zoom meeting with is such a nice person and really knows what he is doing. Forever grateful, your new NACA family member.

Antoinio Coronado was very knowledgeable in the topics of NACA pertaining to housing and information that I needed. I greatly recommend him, in aiding people with housing for counseling during approval process.
NACA is a very good program to assist you in purchasing a home. They have counsellors who will help you through the entire process. There are no closing costs, no down payment and no mortgage insurance. There is a lot of paper work but it is so worth it.
On January 1, 2023 I met with my my counselor for my very first intake and the experience was really nice. He was very professional. He explained to me in great details all about the NACA program and what I needed to provide on our next upcoming appointment. He requested a couple actually a lot of letter of explanations and suggested that I raise the income a bit higher. His help definitely motivated me in achieving my goals of home ownership.
