I met with Darryl Hughes, and my counseling experience with him was wonderful. He was professional, patient, and answered all of my questions. I appreciate the work that NACA is doing in educating home buyers and preventing predatory lending practices. NACA truly has a valuable member on its team with Darryl.

I will agree Naca is a little more work than most home loan lenders but it's worth the wait when it helps with the no down payment and no closing cost.

The counselor Mr. Darryl Hughes ( Raleigh, NC office) was patient and easy to work with! He answered my questions and help me through the qualification process. The process went as well as it could even during the current pandemic, although sometimes I felt like he was asking for too much information or that the date of the next meeting was very far away between them. Overall the process has been positive and we highly recommend the NACA program! Omar Ben Mbarek

This agency is truly a blessing, for 1st time home owners. and anyone dealing with unfair housing issues such as predatory loans and high interest rates, the counselors are very knowledgeable and experienced. the resources are unlimited .Thank you NACA

I am currently in the NACA program, I'm excited and anxious because Iam on my way to homeownership, I will not have to put no money down and pay no closing cost, I am excited....NACA is a Great program

I have been having a wonderful experience during my NACA process. My counselor has been amazing, as I've had some changes in my upcoming living situation with having to take my mother and aunt in. She has been very patient and good natured. It is a lot work gathering every document you need, so it is time consuming. However, it is worth it, as I would never have been able to do this the conventional way!
