I attended a NACA workshop years ago while married and allowed my ex-partner to execute the procedures, well he failed us. Years later and divorced I restarted my process on December 31st, 2022. My initial consultation was the second week of January 2023. I wasn't far off from qualification since home ownership was my primary goal. During my initial meeting with my counselor made it so smooth for me to understand the process it won't be an easy process however it will be worth it, and I know I will succeed with my counselor!
I attended a NACA workshop and due to the very professional manner, and helpfulness of the counselors, I am very excited to be on this journey towards home ownership. I admit that it has been a tedious process, but the counselors have provided assistance every step of the way. I would definitely recommend this program to everyone...
the process for applying for naca and the employees are very helpful for it being our first time applying for the naca program everytime i call and ask questions they are there for you 100%.especially our counselor is very helpful. i would recommend anybody for this program.
I was referred to NACA from a friend two years ago and waited till this year before deciding to apply. I learned a lot from my 1st Online meeting this week. My counselor Nijah had explained everything and cleared the confusion I had about some of the details. she reviewed the application with me, and she got me working on my action plan. From my friend's experience who already purchased his housse through NACA program, the process works you just have to trust it.
NACA has been very good to me. Mr. Clark and the office staff have been very helpful and kind. The young man at the front desk was always kind and patient with me. I am excited to complete my program.

It's been a few weeks ago that I just spoke with my counselor Mark who got me working on my action plan. So far, we had a good first meeting, I'm learning more of the process as I go, and I really feel I made the right decision to move forward with NACA. I will comment more once I'm truly qualified and start house shopping. I'm so ready!
