I would give it 0 stars, but Google doesn't allow it. Terrible customer service. We scheduled an appointment for today, Sunday, at 8:00 a.m. So I decided to text him 10 minutes beforehand to confirm, since I have a family commitment. The manager didn't answer. I called him three times, and while I was calling, I also texted him. I noticed he was online on WhatsApp. He simply chose not to respond. So I don't recommend him at all, as he's irresponsible. 👎🙅🏻♂️
I’ve been living around Midtown for the past three years, and this has been my go-to barbershop. They deliver consistently professional haircuts with perfectly clean trims. Every time I go, I leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommended — even if you’re Asian, they know exactly how to get it right!
Alberto at N1C4 is the best barber in Miami. His precision and attention to detail make every cut perfect, and the shop has a professional yet welcoming atmosphere. Always consistent and highly recommended.
