Worst eye visit ever!!! Buying a car is easier and less expensive!! Employees are not well trained. They tried to charge us for things that were 100% covered by insurance!!! Very unpleasant staff.

Canton Baltimore, Md store. Not once not twice but THREE times they fit my existing frames with a prescription that is incorrect. I have contacts that work and I know the error isn’t me. Frames are more susceptible to cracking the more they are fit. Initially they put wrong lenses In my frames with an RX way too strong. I complained that now they had to fit lenses in the Same frames again and that I wouldn’t sign a waiver regarding the frames since the higher risk of cracking was due to their error. I have had bad experience after bad experience with My Eye Doctor customer service. Just last night my overpriced, cheaply made frames broke at the bridge. I took them in to the store (Oxon Hill, MD) where I got them and they said they couldn't fix that kind of break., but gave me a list of people who could. I was overdue for an eye exam., so I made an appointment for later this month. they told me that because I don't have commercial vision insurance that I have to wait.
