Initial visit was nice. Eye doctor was WONDERFUL. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Worst service I have ever endured. Their warranty means nothing! Brand new pair of glasses less than a week old and their warranty will not cover it.
I loved my glassed mad I lost them and they dont have the same 1s instock but ill be back for my new1s Monday

Currently here for a follow up appointment to check the pressure in my eyes and the receptionist said “checking your contacts?” Uh no, I don’t even wear contacts. Not to mention how unprofessional the office staff is. I LOVE my doctor but the staff DOES NOT care about the patients.

The office I visited in Oak lawn IL used to be great when they were Eyeworld but ever since they became Myeyedr they’ve gone down hill. I had my exam, picked out glasses and paid my bill. I was told I could potentially owe another $63 at the time I pick up the glasses. No big deal, right? Wrong. I pick up the glasses and they tell me I owe something like another $160. Very unprofessional employees in the office I visited. I liked the doc, but the ladies I worked with to order my contacts after my exam were rude. One of the employees said “Holy F***” in the course of my visit in response to a situation regarding my visit last year. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be visiting there again.

I had an appointment at the Winston-Salem NC location on December 6 2019. I had a 3:00 pm appointment and was there for almost two hours. I did not want my eyes dilated so I paid a $39 fee to do another type of exam. I order glasses and I am tell waiting for them. I have never had to wait more than a week for glasses. The price they charge my insurance was ridiculous over $600, granted I got bifocals but still.
They never answer their phone. They are unhelpful and unorganized. Save your money and time, go elsewhere.
