they need to treat you the same if you buy glasses or not if you leave there without buying glasses they spit in your face wont give you any information that you pay for and want you to come down there so they can try to sell you glasses again! what a joke!

Never again will i go to another myeyedr...I went due to my drs. Transferring to one of their new offices. I have been twice waited twice the first time for over an hour and was rushed...eyes never dilated because they were rushing. Never ever again...

Valparaiso Indiana office Dr is great! Office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I called to make two appointments. Iris booked my husbands appointment first. She asked us questions to set up my husbands appointment (as the call was playing through our speakers in our truck since we were traveling) when we answered she was short and snappy. When we walked in there were several people at the counter and one finally greeted us after we passed by. Then the associate who was helping us (John) looked at my insurance card, handed it back, bluntly stated that they don’t take my insurance and WALKED AWAY. I definitely would not do business with them.

After paying my bill and recieving my glasses an additional billing followed. Your company checked with my insurance and came up with what I owed. I paid the amount we agreed upon. Please respect our agreement and quick sending notices for additional monies.

I am so done with MyEyeDr. I bought a pair of glasses that broke within a few months. I had insurance on the glasses, so I was sent another pair. The second pair broke right away as well. I will not use MyEyeDr for my glasses and contacts in the future.

your Seaford DE location is horrible. I've been told twice now there is a problem with my 4 YEAR OLD DAUGHTERS glasses. You have already taken a deposit and I'm SERIOUSLY thinking this money has been spent on something else, which is why my daughter's glasses are delayed. 3rd AND LAST time I will deal with this company. Her prescription was also "kept on file" so I cant go somewhere else and get her glasses in a timely matter. My child has an eye condition that could cause her to lose vision in one of her eyes if not correct... read more
