Worst customer service ever, I had an appointment at 12:45 pm, I got there at 12:30. Went to the front desk, filled some papers. Once done I started looking at the glasses frames. Sit down it was 1:30 when the technician called me for the first test, once that was done she takes me to another room, did another test. When she finished, she told me, the Dr will be in shortly. Sent 18 year old daughter to Lawrenceville store for exam, contacts, and her prescription to order glasses online (prices too high to afford both in store). Daughter was not given her trial pair (funny forgot to give husband his trial pair too on his visit). Gave daughter her prescription but never gave her her pupillary distance. Bought a $600 pair of Tiffany’s glasses. Was told I could get them fixed should any of the Gems fall out or anything happen to them. Less than 2 years later the frame broke and I am told “Sorry since we switched names we no longer partner with Tiffany’s. Tiffany’s says they can’t touch them once they have prescription lenses in. So Basically I’m out of luck! 😡

Went to the 2019 Highland Avenue South Birmingham, AL location for a simple follow up as I had been in 2 weeks ago for my initial exam. My appointment was changed to 45 minutes earlier without my knowledge, was treated like an inconvenience instead of a paying customer by the lady at the front desk and was told that they don't carry contacts there they have to be ordered. This is one place I will never use them again, Randolph rd, in Charlotte NC. I purchased a pair of glasses back in July by August they were falling apart, nor was I able to see at a distance, they allowed me to pick out a new frame at the same cost, but I was told by their office manager that the reason I wasn’t able to see at a distance was the materials in my lenses she then stated that the better lenses would make a difference, so I paid them $109.00 more for these great lenses, when the new glasses came back I said to th... read more
The location I go to in Connecticut has added some type of air freshener throughout the office. The office smells 10 times worse than the laundry detergent aisle of the grocery store. Are they trying to get patients with asthma or allergies to leave and go elsewhere? When did corporate decide to do this? My last visit months ago was no problem. Now its awful. Not everyone wants to smell nauseating fake floral smell.
