I have had the worst experience with My Eye Dr. I was sent to a special for an “issue” that thT specialist said did not exist. And still had to pay $300 for a specialist when nothing was wrong. They made my son see a doctor over a video call in their office instead of an actual human and then didn’t bother to tell us that since they made us do it over video the prescription would only be good for half the normal time. Now my son’s glasses have broken and he has to walk around blind for two months until the next available appointment because the prescription expired early.
