This review is specific to Myeyedr. The location address is **** ** ***** *** Horrible service and did not honor the warranty for my frames. The manager Jay R****** and assistant manager Jordana are the most incompetent, non customer service oriented people in the industry. They were rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I purchased my frames in addition the warranty offered at an additional cost. So did my husband. I had the same $400 Burberry frames replaced last year and was told at the time that they had to search high... read more

Please shut down this place! This is the worst business ever! Appointments are a joke. 2 hours later and still sitting at the office trying to figure out what is wrong with the computer! Do yourself a favor and get out of Winchester VA for an eye exam . These people are the worst ! Never again!
