AWFUL!! Went in for eye exam and 2days later it’s turned into a wreck!! These people need to stop assuming what others want!! I wear glasses and have 2 pair of them. I told the dr I was interested in contacts his reply No problem. After I sit in that chair to read those stupid signs, he then starts flipping his lenses every way possible for the outcome to be noting!! I get stuff that I never even ordered or did!! He not once measured my eyes for contacts at least I was told by insurance that would happen it never did. Meanin... read more

I took my personal frames in to get prescription glass put in them. They came back with the wrong prescription and the tint I asked for was dark like sunglasses not light like I asked for. That took 2 weeks for them to return the wrong request. They told me I should send them back to the lab, so I gave them back to the store and they told me it would take 2 more weeks for them to come back.
