MY EYE DR in Charles Town WV has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I called on Wednesday at 9:45 am and spoke to a lady for 5 minutes on phone. She scheduled my husband Timothy eye Dr appointment for Thursday at Noon. We showed up yesterday with Tim in pain from his contacts hurting him. They said we did not have appointment. There systems are down and there is nothing we can do. She pointed at my phone said you have a phone right there go online schedule an appt. How rude! I was so pissed I left cause they... read more

Let's see.. The office staff was straight up unprofessional, it took 4 months between my first appointment and walking out with contacts, they lied about the billing and revealed that I would receive an online-only visa debit card if I filled out a rebate form (wtf), they had trick slimming mirrors for trying on glasses which is sleazy, and, oh yeah, THEY GOT MY GLASSES PRESCRIPTION WRONG!!!

Mint Hill location: Done doing business with this place. I returned for my annual checkup and was treated like I was burden to the front desk, when I returned again to pick up lens was treated like I was interrupting her day. She snatched the glasses to replace the lens, then all but threw them back at me with a huge smudge, asked her for a cloth to clean them she snapped at me saying they don't need cleaning. Held them up she grabbed them back scrubbed them and thew back them. That's when I saw the stress crack in the frame... read more
