I have come to the store in an emergency. I have received the best service and solutions by Irene Wright that kindly gave me a solution that help us out. Also Mrs. Leidy was very kind and gave us custom service after we came back for the new frames. Grateful I have find a place that not just give me solutions to my emergency but kind services. I will be a customer for life
I dropped my glasses and after that one of the lenses kept coming out of the frames. I dropped in to see if the staff could fix. I was greeted quickly and the person at the front desk quickly sorted me out and then reviewed my account to see if I had purchased the protection plan, which I did not, but will next time I get new frames.
