Our eye doctor ditched us in the middle of our appointment. My young daughter was in an appointment where he said we should do eye drops and wait 30 minutes for them to work before resuming. Then he started appointments with other patients and never came back to us. Even after we complained, he just kept calling back other patients while we sat there. Eventually we just left and will not return.
Exceptional service. Everyone was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend.
WOW, what a great experience. The Staff is very professional and the eye exam was very thorough. Not only did I get an accurate prescription but Irene from the optical store helped me pick out some very sleek Glasses. Everyone was so polite and informative. I didn't feel rushed through like other places I've been to and the turn around time to pick up my contact lenses was swift and prompt. Thanks Guys, you Rock!! 🤓
