I've used MyEyeDr in Vienna for several years now and always try to get one certain doctor. I was sad to learn he wasn't available on a day when I had a MAJOR medical eye emergency - a pain in my right eye that felt like a 50 grains of sand scratching back and forth. The pain was almost unbearable(!!!)....and definitely scary. I reluctantly agreed to see Dr. Edward Papie. First strike-- Their credit card machine wasn't working. I waited over 10 minutes. They couldn't get it working. Instead of being sorry and apologizing for the inconvenience, they wanted me to write down my credit card number on a piece of paper and proceeded to treat me like I'm trying get a free eye exam and told me rudely that they will be withholding my prescription until I pay. I call the next day but they never answer the phone. Second strike-- I had some follow up questions and I emailed them 3 times, no response.
