Had my eye appointment here recently and had such a great experience! Dr. Spirer is seriously the best, I love her! I’ve also seen Dr. Kisamore, who is so experienced and amazing at what he does. You can really tell he has been doing this for a long time and knows his stuff. Michelle and Justin are basically my eye doctor besties at this point They’re both amazing and always so friendly and welcoming. I’m am MCPS teacher (good insurance), I came on a Thursday, beginning of the school year, before my paycheck. I really needed an eye exam to update my prescription. My insurance covered most of the cost, I can hand in my glasses and they can just replace the lenses for free, because of my insurance benefits. Dr. Kissamore is amazing btw, I hadn’t seen him in two years and he remembered me and that I taught third grade. After my eye exam, I had to choose my lenses. Terrible customer service. They stated my eye glasses would be ready on the 27th and for over a week have me coming back and forth on dates confirming my glasses would be ready. I highly recommend you use the store on Rockville Pike vs this one. Very unprofessional.
Michelle was very helpful in fitting me into my new contacts.
