Scheduled my annual eye exam online two business days ahead, when plenty of time slots were open. Hard to believe the doctor was already running 75 minutes late in the middle of a weekday during business hours. There were only 2 patients before me and 2 after me, yet somehow everyone else was seen while I just sat waiting. I ordered glasses two months ago! They charged me $600 and charged my insurance, at the end they delivered me glasses with lenses that were not what I ordered and said that my insurance doesn't cover the lenses that I ordered, that’s why the lab changed my order! After I refused to pick up that glasses , they agreed to remake another lens. It takes two weeks and I called them several times and visits the store,they delivered me the same glasses and the same lenses as before! I am so sorry and regret buying from this store!
