From the moment I walked in until I left, everyone from the front desk employee to Dr. Kimoanh Thai, provided excellent, friendly customer service. Dr. Kimoanh Thai took the time to thoroughly explain what my eye exam revealed. Justin suggested the exact frames I needed, and broke down what exactly I was paying and what discounts/ insurance coverage I was getting. My glasses arrived earlier than the estimate I was given, and Michelle expertly adjusted them for me when I picked them up. Can't recommend this location more!
