There was a minor leak in my kitchen sink and they wanted to charge me over \$600 to change the whole faucet! Of course, I didnt use them. Watch out they charge just for stepping into your house. I used a local plumber who charged me only \$100.
I called this service because of their "same day" policy. They did indeed show up the same day, as promised. Everything else, however, was a disaster. My 2-piece toilet had a small leak at the joint where the tank and bowl are attached. The technician took about 3 minutes to look at the problem, gave me a quote of \$400 because "they dont make 2-piece toilets anymore."
