My Plumber sent a plumber to my condo to replace my water mixing valve. The technician was friendly, professional and answered all my questions. My Plumber also kept me up mto date as to when a technician would be arriving. Overall I was pleased with the service. My Plumber is upfront with their prices although in my opinion I thought the prices were high. I would may use My Plumber again but I would compare them to other companies and base my decision on a comparison on what I would get with other quoted prices.

I cant say enough words to express my happiness and gratitude for the outstanding service that I received from your HVAC tech, Marlon for my mother in Bowie, MD today. The technician was professional, courteous and lived up to our expectations. I would highly recommend this company because they guarantee satisfaction and my mother received more than that. Moving to a new city and purchasing a home, there are a lot of unknowns. I am glad that the previous owners used your services on their plumbing leading me to you today. My HVAC unit broke during the last Super Heatwave of 2010 - I first called "a Competitor" of My Plumber - which came out, diagnosed the issue, then told us a quote would be provided the next day. I then called My Plumber, they had a Technician out in an hour (at night, by the way), the Tech informed me I needed a whole new system. I paid over \$600.00 for them to snake my sewer line and they could not get it out. I called the sewer company, they came and unstopped it for me.The sewer company said they always go behind My Plumber and finish there jobs. Call them at your own risk
