I paid over \$600.00 for them to snake my sewer line and they could not get it out. I called the sewer company, they came and unstopped it for me.The sewer company said they always go behind My Plumber and finish there jobs. Call them at your own risk
I just had my plumber in manassas come in to replace the wax ring around my toilet in the downstairs bathroom. i needed to get this jobdone so i agreed to price of \$326.71. the wax ring wasprobably worth \$10.00 or less so the labor of \$300.00 for less than 1 hour of work is nothing more than a rip off. do not use these people for anything .

I needed my water intake hose to be replaced on my washer I purchased the item at home depot but had a difficult time taking the old one off. Since the faucet was connected to a PVC pipe I was afraid of cracking & causing any damage so I contacted My Plumber to replace the hose. The tech showed up and quoted me \$388. What a joke I had to pay the \$79 fee & I called another company that showed up & fixed it for w/in 10 minutes for less money than My Plumbers svc fee. There was a minor leak in my kitchen sink and they wanted to charge me over \$600 to change the whole faucet! Of course, I didnt use them. Watch out they charge just for stepping into your house. I used a local plumber who charged me only \$100.
My Plumber came to our house and suggested the job required work above and beyond what was actually needed. They never even examined the problem and provided their assessment without due diligence. I ended up making a much smaller change that actually solved the problem at a fraction of the cost. I would choose another company unless you like being railroaded. My wife and I think they were trying to pull one over on her to get their big payday. Didnt work and dont let it work on you.
I called this service because of their "same day" policy. They did indeed show up the same day, as promised. Everything else, however, was a disaster. My 2-piece toilet had a small leak at the joint where the tank and bowl are attached.
