RecommendedThe people in this company are very nice. I had a mixed experience with this company. I made an appointment to clean the coil and blower of the furnace in my apartment in Philly. But the lady did not put in the schedule. I took a half day off from work and drove 35 miles to get into the city. I. want to give My Philly a big thank you for a well done job installing my new A/C system. You guys were very professional and courteous. You tech Jason explained everything that was going on and what he was doing. I highly recommend using these guys for any of your HAVAC needs.
Our heater stopped working. I called and spoke with Mike who had a guy out to my house within the hour. The tech who came out, Jason, was very professional and explained everything to me - and got my heat back on in no time. Would definitely recommend these guys
100% would recommend My Philly Heating. I originally had a contractor install a new HVAC system and they botched the job. Not only did he come out to inspect their work and mediate the issues with them once I suspected things were being done wrong. But he came back and fixed everything they did...basically reinstalling the entire system, and did it right...total 360 from what I had. his guys were wonderful, the workmanship was amazing. Honest, great work & quick response.
I called yesterday 10-25-18, I was told that they were booked for that day and they would get back to me to see when they could come out. I'm still waiting for that call back , its a day later.
After dealing with a problem with my AC unit since the beginning of May, Mike and Bob came in and found the problem almost immediately! They saved me a lot of money from what another company was going to charge me, and I'm now able to run my air conditioner and get cool. Thank you so much!
