Our dog was sick and we took him to the local Petwell Clinic, they said if we had any questions or needed extra care to call the My Pet’s Animal Hospital. Their receptionist spent 15 minutes on the phone with me and talked about my dogs symptoms and went over his blood work with me. Compared to some other vets in the area that would’ve just asked us to come in, she comforted me & checked in the the vet before assuring me my dog was okay and to only bring him in if he wasn’t feeling well tomorrow. The kind folks here at My Pet's Animal Hospital have continuously been the most tender and welcoming to my sweet Porter and I. During checkups, my GSD doesn't always care much for the poking and prodding. This can be frustrating for techs to manage at times, yet they remain calm, patient, and understanding. As a puppy padre, this places me at ease. I will continue to recommend this group to many. Thanks again, guys :)
Dr. Ellen at My Pet's Animal Hospital is always supportive, caring, attentive, and sensitive to the needs of both me and my pets. She performed surgery on my dog, even though she knew it would make her work longer than the office's opening hours and she was understanding and accommodating when my cat was sick.
