RecommendedThis place was fantastic. They were very honest with me about the health of my cat. They were supportive of my decision and they went above and beyond when I unfortunately had to put him down. They gave me ample of time to say goodbye. They walked be through everything. They're prices are very affordable. They even sent me a card in the mail a week later thinking of me and my baby boy. Thank y'all so much for your wonderful service and hospitality. Truly appreciate y'all!
They are the friendliest, most caring people around. They been taking care of all our cats for a while and this last time we went during the virus outbreak. When we went in they were all wearing masks and sanitized the already clean counter where we put our cat. I'll never take our pets anywhere else!
I can not express my satisfaction with My Pet’s Animal Hospital. I had an appt at 1 pm. I called in the morning and they were able to get me in early (within 15 minutes of my call). I had to reschedule (literally 5 minutes since my first reschedule).Very nice and accommodating. Then had to reschedule again. They were again very nice and accommodating to the capture of my escape artist cat. They really care about the health of your pet and are incredibly accommodating to make sure your pet gets the best possible treatment. I brought my CKD cat in for a dental last week and they gave her a bonus injection of subcutaneous fluids! Because of the holidays, they gave me a $100-off coupon and a free dental exam. It was also very easy to make an appointment despite busy schedules on both ends. Now my baby feels great, and it was at a minimal cost to me!

The staff is great here. They truly love what they do and it shows. We had to take one of our babies there due to a battle with cancer. They were so kind and gentle through the process. I truly appreciate all that they did.
The friendliness and outstanding customer service of the staff at the Northshore location set My Pet's apart from other vets I've visited. I didn't have to wait long, it was clean, and check out went smoothly.
They treat my 2 corgi boys like they would their own pets. Everyone here is passionate about what they do and it shows. They communicate well, always make follow-up calls, and are very transparent with their pricing.
Dr. Sam and his staff are wonderful. They seem to remember Squeaky. Of course she did climb on top of the cabinets the first time they cut her nails so she’s unforgettable! Also, very understanding and comforting as we discussed the health of my Be-Be.
