Kindness & Care Compassion & care is what you will find at My Pet's. I have taken my 4 dogs there for over 6 years & can't say enough good things about Dr. Sam & Dr. Becca & Staff. They have helped me through 3 very difficult times with my dogs & they were always informative, gentle, caring and compassionate. Tough decisions made easier I am always pleased and satisfied with the care and treatment that my animals and I receive at My Pet's Animal Hospital. I had to euthanize my cat of 17 years recently and it was heart wrenching. Dr. Becca, Katy, and the vet tech were all very kind and helpful as I had to make that difficult decision and explained everything to me and were very compassionate to me and my cat.

Great grooming! We have been very happy with the staff & services offered at My Pet's. We have taken our dog there several times for grooming & the staff is always attentive to exactly how to want the dog cut. They listen & produce a great cut every time!

Best Vet Kind, compassionate and helpful staff make up this amazing team led by Dr. Meisler. Not only did they help my dog feel better, but they helped me feel better!

They Are My Forever Animal Hospital!!!!!!! I recommend My Pet's Animal Hospital to everyone I know with pets. It's the only place I trust to care for my 3 dogs and 2 cats. I've been a client for almost 5 years. The staff is very loving and affectionate towards my pets and the hospital is always CLEAN. The prices are fantastic.....very good value! They always take the time to explain things to me and never perform a test without my consent. They are my forever animal hospital!!!!!!!!

My Pet's Great doctors and very friendly staff. I have been a customer for a few years and each time I experience wonderful service! I am greeted immediately upon entering the building, and my dog is treated like he is the vet's own! I highly suggest letting My Pet's Animal Hospital take care of your pets!!

Grooming gets an A++ The staff really do go above and beyond! We took our dog to be groomed at this location, and was so pleased with the result. We have taken him to several other grooming facilities in the West Knoxville area and not only did we have to pay double the cost, but it never failed that he would come home with skin irritations. Not only did Vickie give him a perfect cut, but they also removed some stitches from a previous surgery (done at an ER) that were suppossed to fall out and never did....free of charge. First Visit After Moving Here - We'll be back! This was my first visit to My Pet's Animal Hospital, and I went because I saw I coupon for a free first pet exam. I'm so glad I did! They walked me through all the charges for my pug's annual visit and allowed me to accept or decline services right at the start. They explained exactly what each shot was for and how often I should have them done without pressure.
