Tough decisions made easier I am always pleased and satisfied with the care and treatment that my animals and I receive at My Pet's Animal Hospital. I had to euthanize my cat of 17 years recently and it was heart wrenching. Dr. Becca, Katy, and the vet tech were all very kind and helpful as I had to make that difficult decision and explained everything to me and were very compassionate to me and my cat.

My Pet's Animal Hospital is Like Second Family for my Babies My dogs love the staff at My Pets so much we've accused them of getting the sniffles just to go visit! Every time we're there they know them by name and treat them like they would treat their own pets. Plus, the card they give you is good for $10 off after you spend $100, so we buy food and all there. Boarding is excellent! We go to My Pets in Knoxville for vet exams and visits because it is closer to home, but it is worth the drive to Alcoa when we need to board. My dog is happy when I leave her and happy when I pick her up. That has not been the case using other boarding facilities in town. My Pets is excellent and the care and treatment Lola receives there is the best around by far. I highly recommend My Pets for all of your vet needs and boarding needs.

My Pet's Great doctors and very friendly staff. I have been a customer for a few years and each time I experience wonderful service! I am greeted immediately upon entering the building, and my dog is treated like he is the vet's own! I highly suggest letting My Pet's Animal Hospital take care of your pets!!

Grooming gets an A++ The staff really do go above and beyond! We took our dog to be groomed at this location, and was so pleased with the result. We have taken him to several other grooming facilities in the West Knoxville area and not only did we have to pay double the cost, but it never failed that he would come home with skin irritations. Not only did Vickie give him a perfect cut, but they also removed some stitches from a previous surgery (done at an ER) that were suppossed to fall out and never did....free of charge. Very compassionate! I wouldn't put too much stock in the previous reviews. I have been a client of both the old owners and the new owners, and I think that it is better now. The clinic has been completely remodeled into a modern hospital (something we can be proud of in Blount County) and Dr Sam is a wonderful person. The staff has always been very friendly and compassionate, and are looking out for my dog's best interests. Give them a try first...

Owner of Mattie the Cocker Spaniel We received such excellent care from Dr. Becca Archer and the support staff at the Alcoa location. Never had a Veterinarian care about my dog like the EVER! The care in the office was great and the follow-up was amazing. I highly recommend that you make these fine professionals Your Pet's Animal Hospital!!!

Wonderful Service! I have always been impressed with the care and compassion that I have received at MyPets. As someone in the medical field, I am more than aware that you cannot please everyone all the time no matter how good you are. I believe that is what has happened to MyPets in the poor reviews that seemed to be written before. This vet/facility is top notch.
