The BEST in the world! I was traveling to a new job and happened to be in Knoxville for a couple of nights. My dog had an emergency and I found My Pets Animal Hospital on line. The staff at the Alcoa, TN location were extremely compassionate and understanding ... I would HIGHLY recommend anyone who cares about their animals to bring them here. I was extremely impressed with everyone's professionalism.
We LOVE them!!! This is the BEST vet office we have ever been to. They actually care about the animals. They know who we are when we come in and also when I call. They know all of the kids by name and ALWAYS asks how they are doing. And they LOVE my puppy.
My first Visit Had a wonderful visit, I have a very nervous Dog and she really enjoyed her visit. Dr. Heather Bhakta, was awesome and the other staff was just as friendly as could be. Great Friendly Service Have been going to see Dr. Sam for two years now. The service is always fast and friendly on the phone and in the office. Have used several vets in my dogs ten years we have finally found one that we plan on staying with. they offer a great web site plus you can find several ways to save money on their services.
Great grooming! We have been very happy with the staff & services offered at My Pet's. We have taken our dog there several times for grooming & the staff is always attentive to exactly how to want the dog cut. They listen & produce a great cut every time!
Local Vet Both of our dogs go to My Pets Animal Hospital. We love them. We moved here from Florida 2 years ago and needed a local vet. We decided on My Pets.
