Excellent emergency service I found this animal hospital just though a google search after we moved here and my dog hurt his foot before we had an established vet. I am so glad I chose My Pet's Animal Hospital. Everyone was so helpful and nice. My dog gets very nervous at the vet, but even injured they made sure he was comfortable and they kept me well informed. The appointment went quickly and I was impressed with their prices as well.
My Savior My Pet really made me feel at home, and I could really tell that the staff truly cared about Attikuss my 8 week old baby boy who has parvo.
My Pet's Animal Hospital is the best for boarding I do all my boarding at this location. They have the best facility, and their cageless doggie rooms make my babies feel right at home. They are great, and great special love and care while I am away.
Great caring vet!! I just had my first visit with My Pet's Animal Hospital and they were excellent. The staff was very compassionate and treated my pet like their own. I also like how they price everything to you beforehand so there are no suprises when you receive your bill. I will be keeping them as my vet long term.
Great Vet and Boarding Facility I have been very pleased with the care given to my dog. Dr. Meisler does his best to make sure I am satisfied with their services and care given. He asks for feedback and follows up with any concerns or suggestions that I have given him. He takes time to answer all my questions and is very kind. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The BEST in the world! I was traveling to a new job and happened to be in Knoxville for a couple of nights. My dog had an emergency and I found My Pets Animal Hospital on line. The staff at the Alcoa, TN location were extremely compassionate and understanding ... I would HIGHLY recommend anyone who cares about their animals to bring them here. I was extremely impressed with everyone's professionalism.
My first Visit Had a wonderful visit, I have a very nervous Dog and she really enjoyed her visit. Dr. Heather Bhakta, was awesome and the other staff was just as friendly as could be. Owner of Mattie the Cocker Spaniel We received such excellent care from Dr. Becca Archer and the support staff at the Alcoa location. Never had a Veterinarian care about my dog like the EVER! The care in the office was great and the follow-up was amazing. I highly recommend that you make these fine professionals Your Pet's Animal Hospital!!!
