Making Good Decisions The staff are friendly, capable, and caring. They made what can be a very stressful situation into a calm and enlightening situation. My Pet's Animal Hospital is very caring. Had an excellent experience at My Pet's Animal Hospital in Alcoa. They always have my prescription dog food on hand when I come in to get it. I would recommend this pet hospital to anyone with a pet. They are very caring and always check on your animal once you get them back home if you had any type of treatment for your pet.
My Pet's Animal Hospital is the greatest! If you have to leave your pup, My Pet's Animal Hospital's Alcoa Location, is the best boarding experience we have ever had. We recently had to leave our Reggie for NINE (9!) days. The large full-view glass door "rooms" are so much less stressful than the "runs" or "cages" we have seen at some places in the past. Great Vet, Top Notch, Super Helpful, Modern Facilities, Great Staff When my dog, new cocker spaniel puppy, broke her leg, they helped me with X-Rays and diagnosis and referred me to an Orthopedic Surgeon for her. They discussed the case with the Surgeon and gave me all the X-Rays to take to her to save me money. Needless to say with Dr. Sam's help she's walking great and being spoiled rotten 2 years later. Zoey Recommends My Pet's I have taken my Shih-tzu, Zoey to My Pet's in Alcoa ever since they took over when Dr. Daugherty left for bigger and better things. Since I had gone there to Dr. D for about 20 years with my other dogs, I thought that I would never be as pleased or feel as comfortable with any other group for my dogs. Don't bother! The first post used to be true. Dr. Daughtery was top notch, but he has sold out to a yankee who apparently thinks he's going to take all the dumb hillbillies to the cleaners. Besides myself, I have talked to two other people who have said in just the first month of new ownership, they have tried to sell them procedures they didn't need, and you can tell there just isn't a good quality staff anymore.
