My pets have been coming to this place for over 3-4 years now. The very first year, I had a huge issue with what they were trying to bill me. I let that pass because people said good things about this place. The second year, I had another HUGE issue with what they were trying to sell me and bill me!!!! I let that pass.... I won't be back. I was told I would get a call back by the end of day for status on medication that was paid for and ordered 30 days prior but didn't come in yet. I never got the call back. When the pet finally did get the injection I was told when I checked out that I would get a call the next day to see how the pet was doing. Never got that call. I'll find another vet.
The staff of this vet really knows what their doing, I felt welcomed the moment I walked in and the wait was not long at all. I went to this place years ago but the new management has really turned this place around. The doctors are nice and good to my pet and theassistants were knowledgeable and really explained everything, even pricing. They call to check on your pet and are sincere. I have been through the ringer with vets around Polk County but I am staying put, this is where my dogs and cats belong.
