My son has been on a “waiting list” going on 2 years now and been given the run around from so many people I even reached out to a “Blandy” who never got back to me. The therapists were great when my daughter needed therapy (before covid) but this place has clearly gone downhill since then. So disappointed with this organization. Hope they’re able to get things back to how they used to be so that teens in need of therapy can benefit from their services before it’s too late.
Unfortunately I did not have a positive experience with Everymind. I called in advance to receive help for a family member and was given the wrong information. I made an appointment and spoke to Mr. Simmons over the phone. He assured me that my family member would be able to receive services and all they needed to bring was identification and proof of address. This was not the case.
