I’m very DISAPPOINTED in this place. I believe communication goes a long way. Because communication failed from them or lead to bad experience and service. On my way to spa I had an unfortunate emergency that I rather not going into details. After I solved my emergency I called the spa to speak to the owner to explain my situation and see if they can make an exception and take me at 11am instead of 10:30am for my 90 min package.
