I've learned that taking time to rest shouldn't always have to wait until I'm completely exhausted. My Haven Spa INC is a place I'd consider when I need to step away from my usual responsibilities and give myself time to unwind. Sometimes, even setting aside an hour for relaxation can make the day feel less overwhelming. I like the idea of having a spa visit as an occasional way to recharge rather than treating rest as an afterthought. I'd keep My Haven Spa INC in mind for a day when I need a little time for myself.
I went to this spa for my birthday and honestly it was an amazing experience. The massage was phenomenal and I loved that it was so close by. It was super cozy and relaxing. Definitely recommend everyone to go.
Lourdemy was FANTASTIC. She was super informative and took great care of my skin. It felt super personalized.
I have been coming to my haven spa for years now and it’s time I stop gate keeping. Lourdemy is my absolute favorite masseuse. Not only is she extremely professional and clean , but she listens to her clients to work on the areas of concern and avoiding any injury you may have.
My Haven Spa, highly recommend this spa for massages. Love my massage therapist Lourdemy. Have been with her for years!
