i received a sample box from this company that I did not ask for. I tried to call to find out why it was sent to me but I didn't get a response only to leave a voice message. There was no slip in the box. I am quite upset about this and want an explanation.

We love all the products and concept to refill instead or landfill. I pour water into the concentrated soap package to fill the container so I don't waste a drop. We have all the products and everyone I've recommended them to loves it also. I was so surprised to see negative reviews as we've had only great customer service. There is a lot of effort to sell more items when you check out but it's always a good discount and a way to try new things.
First (in May)I was misled about the "natural" ingredients when I could smell the chemicals outside my door when the first box was left there. Secondly, it was not very clear that I was signing up for recurring orders and charges. Then a second box arrived (in June) and I immediately took action, contacting the company and being told that I would be cancelled and refunded. Then a third box and charge arrived. If there was a zero star, I would choose that. I purchased The Large Home Essentials Bundle. I received my order quickly and used it right away. I had a set of sheets that had some fresh blood on them and proceeded to wash them following the directions including the laundry soap and enzyme powder. I let them soak for a few hours and when the load was finished. The stain was still there and they just didn't smell clean, Just a mixture of soap and dirty sheets. Sometimes, it is a trial and error process when trying to remove a stain. Blood can be a bit tricky. One of my favorite ways to treat hard stains is to make a paste with Enzyme Stain Remover and Laundry Wash. Once the paste is made, apply it to the stain and let it sit for 30 minutes to an hour. This company couldn't care less about customer satisfaction! The representatives memorize responses and repeat them to you like they're robots. In addition, it is very difficult to post a review online. It seems as if they are in control of them. I have questions about the truth of the reviews as well as their claim about nontoxic ingredients.
