I joined truly free about 6-8 months ago and I am about to receive my third order. Although I find the products a bit pricey, I havent been disappointed yet. The scents are wonderful unlike the usual lavender all natural scented products you get over the counter. I have yet to find a better smelling product that is clean and non toxic. The products clean well. I have tried a lot of these products and the ones that I have continued to use are the aloe hand soap, the bathroom cleaner and the degreaser. I have been using these since 2020 and just order when I run out, I don't have a subscription. The bathroom cleaner is good for cleaning the outside of the toilet and the sink area. ( I still use bleach type cleaners for the tub and inside of the toilet.) Truly free made it right!! I had an issue with my order being delayed and when I did get it was damaged however truly free did replace the order and sent me a follow up email confirming the new shipment. They also explained they are a small company! Very small as there are only 8 employees. I have to give credit where credit is due. Good company!! I will continue to be a customer
I just placed a one-time order for home-cleaning products with TrulyFree. No where did I sign up for membership in automatic shipments. They did that for me. When I paid for what I ordered, I noticed a third bundle had been added, and I immediately requested the order be corrected. They said they would consider it and let me know. Again, using their chat on their website, I then asked that the order be canceled. I have been using this company's cleaning products for about 6 months now with absolutely no problems whatsoever! They have been very responsive to any questions I've had, my orders have shipped promptly, and I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE their products.
TrulyFree has been great to work with. The products are safe for my family and my house feels clean, free of the harsh chemicals.
Apparently when you buy a product from them you're enrolled in a membership. I don't recall that at ANY point in the process, but there are so many sales gimmicks throughout it I should have known. Further, they will inundate you with salesy emails. I just received my products after waiting several weeks and then wake up Saturday morning to an alert that at 1:09am I was charged for my SECOND package (hence not knowing it was somehow a membership). I purchased a product from the company on 8/19 and have not received the product on 9/17. I checked with my credit card company and they had me down as a recurring customer. I did not authorize that. It was supposed to be a one time purchase. Very disappointed in their customer service. No help whatsoever.

BUYER BEWARE. Realistic review. Very disappointed with MyGreenFills, and now feel they are a bit of a shady company. Yes, the detergent smells nice, but that's about it. The detergent you mix up is thin and runny and the smell doesn't last through the drying cycle. Cleaning is meh. Very disappointed. Also, the one-time jug they send you is CHEAPLY MADE.
