I am very disappointed. He charged us a couple hundred dollars to set traps and checked them. He said he would come back to fix our problem and he never did. He set actual days and wouldn’t show up- np call, nothing! It’s sad because he seems very nice and will talk your ear off and hold my child and I now realize I was basically ripped off. I will have to seek a new company while squirrels clatter around and possibly died in those traps he set. First of all let me tell you that Milton is a true human being! He was willing to drive 2 hours away just to help me with less than half a day's notice! He provided proof of his work and was very patient with me as I was very worked up trying to explain the situation. Hey listen to me talk and then calmly walked me through how he was going to get rid of my raccoon in the Attic. Milton upon my request for rodent removal came to the house that day or the next, upon inspection said it was mice and he set his bait. He stated that his agreement stipulated two (2) visits and that he would return to retrieve the traps. I said I would pay him half of his fee upon which he became very belligerent and questioned my trust in him, and that he was aChristian. I paid him in full and made daily calls and sent texts.
