My Bells Alf Corp – The Owner/Administrator is abusive to the elderly that reside at the ALF. The residents room are dark. The light in the room is from the sunlight which many times was blocked by a tall wooden fence that surrounds the house. In addition, he does not allow the residents to have visitors or watch television past 8:00 PM.
