Tim Duffy is a 'rock star"! I drove off the Muzi lot last evening with a beautiful new Ford Explorer and the customer service I received was outstanding. I was not an easy customer because I could not make a decision and Tim was informative, thorough and patient, and gave me a day to think about things. I called to order a F350 crewcab with an 8ft bed in the xlt package. I had done some searching on my own and couldn't find any thing close to what I wanted. My salesman Scott located one in NJ, brought it up before a pending snow storm. He even dropped it off at my home. WHAT SERVICE! I would highly recommend Scott McNeil and the Muzi Ford Team.
