Last week I dealt with Lauren Manning at Muzi motors in Needham. I was very pleased with Lauren's attentiveness and efficiency. She answered all of my questions and overall the car buying process went very smoothly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great deal and definitely tell them to ask for Lauren's assistance.
After a month of trying to get a car and a $3500 down payment I still don't have the car, and now I'm out $3500 just because I don't even want to deal with them anymore. I would definitely watch out for this dealership and I don't recommend it to anyone. Liars and a bunch of crooks.
