BIG shout out to the service department! Driving home from Maine, my alternator crapped out on 95. We took the first exit we could and pulled into Muzi Ford. They replaced the alternator and battery and a new belt in less than two hours. Great guys, great service. Thanks again.
I purchased a truck yesterday from this dealership and it was absolutely the best deal I have ever received. They were so polite and friendly and did everything they could to make my purchase so easy. It felt like family and walked me through all the steps with my new truck. Gary Flodin gives the MOST incredible customer service. I was absolutely floored by how great he was, I never write reviews but he deserves this and more. I grew up in a small NH town and have always brought my car to one small garage, but I have NO concerns about being taken advantage of down here now that I've found Gary!! So grateful.
I went in one morning to look at a vehicle that caught my attention and Vadim helped me every step of the way. Right from the demo ride to the application process it was a very pleasant experience.
