Brought My 2014 Explorer (a lease we have had for 1 year)in yesterday for a quick check. Brakes were making a funny noise. We recently moved to the area and thought cuz its a lease and only a year old that most likely its should be covered and want to bring it to a Ford dearler. Best Ford Dealership in Boston, MA! Muzi is my favorite dealer hands down. They are straight shooters who don't pull any punches. I drive past 2 other Ford dealers to service my vehicle at Muzi because they always take the time to fully explain what is going on so I am not left with that do I need this thing type of feeling.
