Buying cars is the worst, it's always like someone is trying to get something out of you. When in reality it should be that I am trying to get something from them! (Car) But not with Scot Rodman. He was amazing. He listened to my concerns and was extremely helpful. He wasn't trying to push me to buy just anything; he was genuinely trying to get me in the right car, that suited me. While traveling we had our brakes lock up on our Ford pick up truck. Made it to Muzi who told us they couldn’t help and we could leave the truck for a few days and maybe they could take a look. We are from the Cape/Islands and this was an emergency. We ended up at Chestnut Motors up the street and they fit us in and were wonderful to deal with. Never going to Muzi again for anything.
Over the weekend I stopped in at Muzi Ford looking to buy a new sedan since my current car is on its way out. Well let me you,I had the best experience!!! Adam Johnstone was by far the most helpful salesman I've dealt with these past two weeks while on my car buying journey. He was very informative and patient (which I'm sure all my annoying questions were overwhelming at times) while showing me many great options for my growing family.
