The representatives were very friendly and always available. The only issue I had was that I gave them an amount to be added to the final loan amount to pay off a creditor. When I received the final paperwork to review and sign, that specific amount had not been added. Therefore, they had to redo all the paperwork which did not take very long. We had also agreed for them to send a check for that amount directly to that specific creditor and I ended up receiving the check in the mail. No big deal though! I just mailed it myse... read more
