This was the first time Ive ever refinanced a mortgage. I was nervous and worried. ******* and ******* were very helpful and made me feel confident going through the process. They went above and beyond. In this day and age that kind of service is rare.
Worked approximately a week to complete a home refinance application process providing all information requested. I was informed by the agent that everything was in order and looked great. He had no interest in additional retirement incomes or long-term savings investments. We then paid Mutual of Omaha $875 dollars to have our home appraised. We waited approximately 6 weeks and they were unable to complete an appraisal. Through out the process we were unable to leave our agent messages due to his mail box always being full. ... read more
