No one likes all the time and paperwork involved in a mortgage refinance, but *** made everything go through without a hitch. Any problems were immediately taken care of and for the most part, I was kept in the loop regarding progress and what to expect. The only **** area was just before the closing where it seemed like I was in the dark forever, but was probably about a week's time.
