Ms ******* was very helpful all throughout the refinancing process. She made sure that we were comfortable with the decisions we made and gave us the benefit of knowing both the pros and cons of options she offered to us. It was a smooth process since she initiated on following up on the application process per se. Will recommend to friends/family if given a chance.

Can we please have a negative scale as well? I am sure there must be a few good people working in here because clearly these guys are still in business and I guess it would be hard to continue being in business with the incredible level of sloppiness and mediocrity I have experienced working with this company! Has anyone ever had to close "three" times? And still not done? Yep, apparently they chose me to play this game. It's not funny guys!
